How many colors the terminal can display. Colors are downsampled to this mode when encoded.

Fields

None = 0

No color codes are emitted. Modifiers (bold, reversed, ...) still apply.

Ansi16 = 1

The 16 standard ANSI colors.

Ansi256 = 2

The xterm 256-color palette.

TrueColor = 3

24-bit RGB color.
